About Us
Our mission is to provide guests with safe, effective treatments in a professional and welcoming environment. You can relax with the peace of mind that our treatments and products have been thoroughly researched and tested, and are carried out only by staff of the highest calibre. Wherever possible we source products and refreshments of a natural, organic or fair-trade nature to support our environmental policy and help reduce your carbon footprint. We look forward to you joining us and welcome your comments.
 
Medical Conditions
It is the Clients responsibility to inform us before every treatment, if they are pregnant, on medication or suffering any kind of illness, as we may advise you not to take the treatments booked.

Payment
We would kindly ask Clients to pay with either cash, cheque or debit card.  We prefer not to take credit cards, due to the high level of bank charges, but will do so if you are happy to accept a 3% levy.

Mobile Phones
As a courtesy to other Clients and to maintain a relaxed atmosphere, please switch off your phone before entering the Salon.

Employee of the Month
Every month we award one member of our Team "Employee of the Month". The Award is based on the person who goes 'that extra mile' and we would love to hear your thoughts on who should be the winner.

Personal Belongings
We accept no responsibility for any loss or mislaid personal belongings.
 
Timekeeping
Please arrive 10 minutes early on your fist visit to the salon, to allow time to complete a consultation. Thereafter, kindly arrive promptly to avoid disappointment of reduced treatment time.
When planning your day please allow at least an extra 20 minutes over and above your advertised treatment time to allow for consultations, payments, rebooking etc. This may not be needed, but will prevent stress if required.
 
Cancellation policy
Please note that we require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, otherwise a 100% treatment charge may apply.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for all treatments, or for a chosen amount.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months.
A gift wrapping service is available for an additional sum of £3.50, with vouchers presented in an elegant ribbon tied box.
