When becoming a client of Bespoke Beauty, you agree to abide by our Cancellation Policy & terms of business:
Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
Treatment times stated are approximate and include preparation time.
We will endeavour to respond to your e-mail enquiries within 24 hours wherever possible .
Making an Appointment
To secure your booking of 30 minustes or more duration, debit or credit card details must be supplied at the time of your booking. A fee of 50% of the treatment price will be taken at the time of booking and is refundable provided at least 24 hours (1 business day) cancellation notice is given via telephone 01279 75 75 79; email (info@bespokebeautybs.co.uk) or
sms 0795 868 7751 may be used to notify us outside normal salon hours.
If you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened or rearranged to avoid inconvenience caused to other clients on our schedule.
Please call us 24 hours prior your appt if you wish to reschedule or change the treatments of an appointment, otherwise 100% of your treatment fee will be charged. If you forget to cancel or don't show up, 100% of your appointment fee will be charged.
Your right to cancel
The following terms apply to all appointments made.
At least 24 hours, 1 business day's, notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.
Cancellation or change of treatment times within 24hours of your booking will incur a charge of 100% of the full treatment value.
If you fail to show for the appointment, your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost.
If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.
Course appointments missed or late cancelled, will automatically be deducted from course records.
As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.
How to cancel or change your appointment:
Cancellations should be made by calling us on 01279 75 75 79. If you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours - you may cancel by email (info@bespokebeautybs.co.uk) or sms 0795 868 7751, but this should be followed up by telephone during salon operating hours.
Prepaid Courses of Treatments
Have a validity of 7 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Purchase of Beauty Products
Beauty products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering. Any products not collected within 6 months of ordering will be forfeited.
Gift Vouchers:
Make sure you have the following information handy and read the conditions below prior purchasing our gift certificate.:
a. Valid Credit (3% fee incurred) or Debit card.
b. Delivery name & address, contact number including where possible email.
c. Any specific instruction including your details that has to be written on the gift certificate.
Terms & Conditions:
You need to advise & present the gift certificate at the time of booking and visit.
Bespoke Beauty has the right to reject any booking, if the voucher is not presented.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable against the following items or services:
- Over the counter beauty products
- Injectable treatments
- Semi-permanent make-up
- Treatments by visiting therapists
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours Bespoke Beauty has the right to forfeit the gift certificate.
Our Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months or have set expiry dates. If you do not use the certificate prior to the expiry date it will be irrecoverable.
Gift Certificates cannot be extended if you contact us after the expiry date. Charges may apply upto 10% of the gift certificate if 4 weeks extension is required prior to expiry date.
Our right to cancel
If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone - where possible.
Our rights
We reserve the right to:
a. Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website
b. Change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website and/or our services.
Your file
You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details - which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.
Mobile Phones
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.
Children
Please understand that we can cannot accommodate for children under 12 - unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.
Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your booking or product is the price as set out on this website.
You confirm that the credit, debit card, that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
For gift vouchers and products: If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Guarantee
If you’re not completely delighted with our service or your treatment, just say so and we will do the entire treatment again, no questions asked!
Alteration to the Terms and Conditions:
Bespoke Beauty reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove part or all of these terms and conditions at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this website following any change in the terms and conditions will be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of those changes.
